Frequently Asked Questions How do I know which class is best for my child? The age recommendations outlined for Kindermusik classes have been carefully constructed to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the semester for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a particular age range, we are happy to discuss your child's needs and to work with you to place him in the class best suited for him. How do I register? Please refer to the information on the registration page. Although you may join our classes at any time, it is important to register early since class sizes are limited and may fill quickly. Registering at least two weeks before the semester begins also ensures that we will have your child's materials for you at your first class. If you enroll after the semester begins, tuition can be pro-rated accordingly. I have more than one child, do you offer discounts? For families with more than one child, we offer the Family Time classes. For siblings attending other classes, we will take 20% off tuition for the second child, 30% for the third child, etc. What are my payment options? You may pay upfront by cash or check or you may establish a monthly payment schedule with the educator. We are working to offer credit card payments soon. Do I need to attend with my child? We believe parents are the best educators. As your child grows, Kindermusik understands the development process taking place. We also want you to understand that process, because when a child's learning needs are best understood in the classroom and at home, Kindermusik can foster all aspects of a child's development while developing a natural sense of musical appreciation and capability. All classes require caregiver participation, except Imagine That, which requires participation during the last 15 minutes of class. Where are the classes held? Our studio is located on the campus of John Calvin Presbyterian Church. It is on the corner of Midcrown and Walzem on the Northeast side of San Antonio. Map How do I find out more about Kindermusik?
